Return or Exchanges

Due to the nature of pet food products and for hygiene and safety reasons,

we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for non-defective items.
 

Damaged or Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at london@dingding.uk within 24 hours of delivery

with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
